FALL PROTECTION IN INTRALOGISTICS
A fall protection system a construction, such as a safety fence, which has the purpose of protecting people from accidents. It is applied in production plants or in warehouses, i.e. where there is a risk of falling. These are usually traffic routes, such as ramps, platforms or walkways, that are more than one metre above the ground, or the event of a risk for persons or vehicles to fall through openings. Without fulfilling these, they cannot protect an employee from an accidental fall in an emergency and thus represent an enormous safety risk.
